She is one of our founding partners and was originally trained as an architect and designer, but chose to step away from her profession to pursue a long-held passion for baking. Growing up in a household where her father’s transferable career exposed the family to different regions, and her mother’s enthusiasm for learning local cuisines filled the home with new flavors.
One of Neha's earliest memories is that of her mother baking cookies for the first time—the aroma filling the home and leaving a lasting impression in her. Over the years, that sense of nostalgia stayed, often rekindled with every visit to a bakery, eventually inspiring her to begin baking herself.
Her background in design is instilled in her with a deep sense of precision, structure, and attention to detail — qualities that translate seamlessly into her approach to baking.
Today, that childhood inspiration has grown into a meaningful journey; bringing thoughtfully crafted breads, cookies and more to the table.

With over 18+ years of distinguished experience in the corporate world, she brings a depth of knowledge shaped by global exposure and operational excellence. Her journey has taken her across geographies, where she has worked closely with diverse teams, gaining a nuanced understanding of how high-performing organizations function at scale.
She heads the backbone of operations, overseeing people management, systems, reporting, administration, and overall process integration.
As a founding partner, Kawal's approach is both strategic and hands-on, enabling her to not only design robust frameworks but also actively implement and refine them.

From an early age, he was deeply influenced by watching his parents and grandparents cook experiences that felt almost magical, filled with rich aromas, balanced flavors, and the joy that good food brings.
As his professional journey took him across different cities and countries, he developed a deeper appreciation for food that was rooted in authenticity and emotion. What began as an effort to recreate those familiar flavors gradually evolved into a larger vision. To revive and share culinary traditions that have been preserved across cultures globally.
Over the years, with the encouragement of family, friends and well-wishers, this personal passion grew into a purposeful venture.
